Over the past 125 years, RAI Amsterdam has provided catering services for organisers, exhibitors, and visitors. From fully serviced stand receptions to skilled baristas and dazzling cocktail shakers at your stand, we’ve done it all. Thanks to our extensive experience, we create bespoke proposals, co-develop catering concepts, and offer tailored advice for your event.
Exhibitors Catering
For you as an exhibitor, we offer three types of catering. In the Exhibitor Services Webshop, you will find multiple catering categories:
Mini Market
These are pre-packaged products that can be delivered to your stand. These items come without additional presentation or service.
Stand catering
In the same webshop, you can also find fully serviced stand catering, including presentation and service staff.
Tailor-made catering
Of course, we can also provide bespoke catering tailored to your needs—from large receptions to gala dinners, whatever you can imagine.
High-quality suppliers
In addition to our own services, we also work with a number of specially selected suppliers. From hosts and hostesses to the
Barista Company for the most delicious coffee specialties or the Fabulous Shaker Boys for the most spectacular cocktails.
Complete culinary experiences are also possible thanks to the
"Meisjes met Smaak" (Girls with Taste), serving the most delicious taste sensations in their own unique way. From oysters to
"bitterballen" and from macarons to pata negra.
Heartwarming Amsterdam
The combination of our choice to work with regional producers and other sustainable decisions and partnerships we’ve established have been blended together in the regional Heartwarming Amsterdam catering concept. This allows us to realise any catering demands with regional and/or seasonal products, and to make a clear statement of our intention to benefit society.
Local partners
The Heartwarming Amsterdam concept includes partnerships with many suppliers in the region. For instance, the tomatoes used for products such as our own RAI ketchup are produced by the Stadskwekerij Osdorp urban farm. In addition to fresh & healthy vegetables, the farm provides meaningful activities and training to its employees.
