RAI develops sandwich Natuurlijk Amsterdam

We’re proud to have been invited by our long-time partner MVO Nederland to help develop the Broodje Natuurlijk Amsterdam – a sandwich that’s as local and sustainable as it gets.

Together with his team, our Executive Chef  Rientz Mulder created a deliciously creamy goat’s cheese sandwich using produce from Geitenboerderij Ridammerhoeve, a biodynamic goat farm in the Amsterdamse Bos.

Many companies want to make more sustainable choices, but don't always know where to start. With this initiative, we’re happy to contribute to a future with more plant-based food, less meat and fish, and more local sourcing – values that are at the heart of what we stand for.
